Negative Reviews
negative:
Uncomfortable beds may cause inconvenience
Some guests complained that the beds are too hard, and that some have springs coming out of the mattress. When you experience this issue, you can ask for your mattress to be replaced, or you can ask to be transferred to a different room.
negative:
Small and uninspiring rooms
Some single rooms were too small for some of the guests' taste, and they ended up upgrading for a more spacious accommodation unplanned. Other guests also noted that some quarters are so basic and tasteless, making them upgrade for a suite.
negative:
Insufficient foods during breakfast
Although there are a wide variety of foods presented during the buffet breakfast, some items like scrambled eggs, hams, and buns are not replenished quickly according to guests. There are many places where you can eat just outside the hotel, though. Thus, finding a restaurant you can enjoy should not be difficult.
