The helpful nature and the upbeat persona of the staff team always amazed guests. They have a warm attitude which made guests to feel much welcomed and at home. Members at the front desk are always were willing to lend a hand. Both the check in and checkout processes were handled smoothly and professionally.

The hotel is reasonably priced considering its closeness to the airport. The hotel is fairly priced and offers a good choice of drinks and food. The price remains reasonable with regard to the services offered to the guests. The rates are acceptable considering the hotel’s location.

Many guests felt that the guestrooms were awesome. They were all spacious, perfectly clean and modern. The furniture was tasteful including the big beds that guests really loved.

According to many, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and poor. It wasn’t reliable as the connection was not that constant in most rooms. At times the Wi-Fi wasn’t available. Guests had to go to other places where the connection is stable.

A few guests have complained about the air conditioning. Some thought the unit was not working well and as expected. Others were very unhappy with the temperature controls mostly during the periods when the weather was hot.

Many complaints from guests were regarding the noise levels experienced in the hotel. Noisy neighbours and slamming of doors was particularly disturbing especially late at night and early in the morning. Despite the windows closed, noise was still a problem.
