Guests find that they can get to Hotel Playa Golf quickly and easily from the airport. Once at the hotel they like being very close to the beach and nightlife, with many good bars and restaurants being nearby.

Guests find that staff at Hotel Playa Golf are very friendly and professional. They are always smiling, so guests say that they very nice to deal with. They are cannot do enough to help and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Food at Hotel Playa Golf get a general thumbs up from guests, no matter what time of the day meals are served. Breakfasts are well-rated, as are the evening dining options which are said to be tasty as well as varied.

Guests find Hotel Playa Golf to be noisy as they can hear groups of holidaymakers in nearby bars. The singing and shouting of holidaymakers that are rowdy and sound a bit tipsy has disturbed some guests around the pool area, and it has disturbed some guests on a night too as the noise can go onto into the early hours.

Guests who had paid for half-board accommodation found that drinks, even non-alcoholic ones including water, were not included with dinner. They were disappointed to have to pay for these separately.

While it is good that Hotel Playa Golf offer free Wi-Fi in public areas of the hotel, unfortunately if you want internet access in your room then you have to pay an additional charge for it. This has not gone down too well with some guests who would like to see Wi-Fi offered free of charge throughout.
