    The natural spot Pobiti Kamuni is a Stone Forest which is located near to Slunchevo village, 18 km west of Varna on the old Varna to Sophia highway. The forest consist cylindrical stone columns, which are geological formation of stalagmites in age of fifty million years. The stone columns are 0.5 to 3.5 m. thick and up to 6 m. high, located on a total area of 253 hectares and united in seven main groups between the town of Beloslav and the villages of Slunchevo, Banov and Strashimirovo .The best preserved, most visited and accessible are Dikilitashkite rocks. They are about 300 columns, situated along the highway Varna-Sofia. There is situated the visitor center as well. The stone forest is the first officially protected natural monument in Bulgaria and is a unique geological phenomenon. Opening Hours: Summer: 9.00 to 19.00 Winter: 10.00 to 17.00 Entrance fee: 3 leva ( 1.5 Euro)
