Hotel PF (Mexico City, Mexico)

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by most guests. They accommodated their particular requests and listened to their questions. It was a pleasure to interact with them which made the visit a pleasant one.

The rooms were found to be clean by many guests who stayed here. They found both the bathrooms and bedrooms to be clean, while the beds and sheets were fresh and comfortable. The facilities also worked well.

The hotel’s location is right in the center of Mexico City which was convenient for both leisure and business purposes. Guests were able to walk to various attractions and shops, as well as to the public transportation stops.

Guests felt the hotel was in need of a renovation because they saw the obvious signs of a worn building. The furnishings and décor were popular decades ago and the building looked the same. It was a bit sad and not vibrant.

The breakfast was found to be expensive and with little variety. The taste was not very tasty and they thought it was better to eat out in the morning. The coffee was not free either. Guests would have hoped to have good variety for the price.

Guests mentioned they heard noises from the rooms outside that really annoyed them during their stay. They wondered if it was because of the thin walls, but the noises would go through like nothing. The city and plumbing noises were not lessened at all.
