Most guests of this bed and breakfast have loved its location, as it sits in a central part of Quebec City and is within walking distance of Old Quebec, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests liked being able to walk to most of the city's attractions.

Guests have mentioned that the property doesn't have a parking lot and you will be on your own when looking for a parking spot. While there are parking lots in the area where you can park, they can get quite expensive.

There have been complaints about the outside stairs that lead to the rooms being too long and too narrow. This caused difficulty for guests as they attempted to reach their rooms, especially during the winter when there was snow on the stairs.

This property is located along a busy street and, therefore, there can be some noise that makes its way into the rooms. Much of this noise comes from those leaving local pubs in the early hours of the morning, although garbage collection trucks are also quite loud.
