From the parking garage, guests said they loved the idea of being able to connect to the convention center from an enclosed skyway. When the Illinois weather acts up, it is especially convenient to use.

Avoid cheer-leading season
There have been many complaints from guests regarding the noisy passages over the cheer-leading time of year. Visitors have been kept awake until the early hours of the morning due to youngsters out socializing and making a loud return on the way back back to their rooms.

Almost all guests who have been charged these incidental charges for just in case the room gets damaged, were not pleased with the amount of time it took to get the charges reversed. Some guests had to make repeat calls to have the money returned.
