Past guests have extremely appreciated the friendly approach of the staff at this property. The staff works for the welfare of guests and willing to go out of their way. Long time staff members also remember the names of repeated guests.

Rasaketha Restaurant has an extensive menu and as mentioned by past guests they have relished the delicious food served to them. The food quality is amazing and the dishes have a good portion size.

If you want to save yourself from walking or climbing the stairs, make sure you request for a ground floor room while making the booking. As expressed by past guests, the hotel doesn't have elevators which has caused trouble to elderly and young visitors.

Some of the past guests had a poor sleep because of uncomfortable beds. In some of the rooms, two single beds were pushed together to make a double bed which made a crack in the middle and could be felt. Guests didn't appreciate and requested to switch their room.

Since the hotel has meeting and banqueting space, there are events happening every now and then. Some of the events have loud music which has disturbed past guests. Also, Pegasus Reef Hotel gets overcrowded when these kind of events are organised which past guests didn't appreciate.
