The spa is very peaceful and clean. The spa personnel are very professional and seem highly experienced in their line of duty. Wonderful services are offered at the spa such as body relaxing treatments, massages and other techniques which are very popular with the guests.

The service offered is of a very high standard. All the employees go out of their way to help you and seem highly motivated in everything they do. They always go out of their way to accommodate everyone and treat them in a courteous way. Guests’ comfort is their priority.

The hotel’s restaurant and bar serve very good quality food. There is a wide variety of dishes to cater to various palates. The service by the restaurant staff is very quick. Guests don’t have to wait for long after ordering food.

Guests on higher floors felt very much inconvenienced as they had to frequently use the stairs. Unfortunately, those with heavy luggage were greatly affected as they had no option but to get to their rooms using the stairs.

Guests who were unlucky to have noisy neighbours couldn’t hide their frustrations as they were bothered by their constant loud conversations and slamming of doors. Most of them felt that the soundproofing wasn’t adequate enough.

Guests were not satisfied with the hotel’s wireless internet connectivity. In most areas and especially in the rooms, the signal seemed weak. At common areas, connecting to the network was at times quite hard as the signal was inconsistent.
