Hotel Patria (Rome, Italy)

The hotel perfectly situated near the railway station. Its central location enables guests to go sightseeing or indulge in shopping without straying too far. Guests can also take the train to the city's interesting sites. Travelling is made is by the metro station which is just a couple of stops away.

The staff members are committed to their obligations and seem highly enthused. Every guest is taken care of by the caring polite employees. All the staff members are very sociable and warm. They make you feel right at home and are always eager to help.

The hotel's breakfast buffet has a wide selection of items. The atmosphere is very relaxing and perfect for dining. Every item is well prepared and there is plenty enough to satisfy all the guests.

The hotel's rooms do not have Wi-Fi signal. Guests had to go to the public areas of the hotel in order to access the internet. This was a big issue especially because it was paid Wi-Fi in rooms.Most of them felt that the Wi-Fi should have been free especially in this day and age.

The bathrooms are not well stocked with toiletries and this caught many guests by surprise as they were not prepared for such an occurrence as they were not informed of this beforehand.

A number of guests felt that the hotel's walls appear to be thin. Sounds from TVs and moderately voiced conversations can be heard from room to room. The rooms next to the road are also very noisy because of the traffic.
