Negative Reviews
negative:
Somewhat outdated rooms
The rooms could use some renovating as guests pointed out, because they found the carpet to be too worn, the mattresses to be saggy, the bathtubs' surface areas were scratchy, and some of the curtains had holes or stains on them.
negative:
Spotty housekeeping services
A few guests reported housekeeping only performing a superficial cleaning, and that special requests for extra towels and pillows were not fulfilled.
negative:
Some of the amenities not completely fulfilling
Guests pointed out that while parking in the hotel's underground garage is provided, there weren't always spots available, and it also wasn't free. Guests also pointed out that not all rates include a complimentary breakfast, and several guests who had purchased such a package were denied the free meal once they checked in.
