Hotel Parque Monte Verde (Albufeira, Portugal)

After many yearly visits, several guests said that they still loved Parque Monte Verde. Among the reasons why guests would return was the clean and spacious accommodation. There was plenty of room to move around, lots of storage, and thorough housekeeping staff that really got the job done.

The person in charge of hospitality was simply a delight, and guests were impressed with his enthusiastic and kind attitude. He was also informative and more than happy to share information about the local area, and with a host that was this obliging, guests said that it was easy to overlook any minor nuisances with the hotel.

Several guests commented that this hotel imparted a sense of calm. It was nice and relaxing, with lovely views and well kept grounds that were a pleasure to behold. The swimming pool was also a big reason why guests were happy with their stay.

Guests often said that the only downfall of Parque Monte Verde was that you needed a car to get around the local area. It was necessary to drive if guests wanted to reach the many excellent restaurants in the vicinity, not to mention shops and the supermarket.

Some guests thought that accommodation could have benefited with an upgrade to things like furniture, bedding and towels. While things were comfortable, guests thought that they were dated at times.

Staff were easily reachable on the phone, but some guests would have preferred that the front desk was manned more frequently.
