Hotel Parque Das Amendoeiras (Vilamoura, Portugal)

The Parque Das Amendoeiras Apartments are very spacious and well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. The balconies have lovely seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the view and the kitchens are equipped with everything you may need.

The apartments are a short distance from both the marina and the local beach. You can easily walk to a number of restaurants, cafes and bars, some are located in the same complex. The area is also relatively quiet and free of noisy traffic.

Many guest have commented on the very warm reception you receive at the reception at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Although English is not their first language, the staff are quite fluent and they wrk hard to ensure any requirmnets you have are met.

Some guests have reported that the swimming pool at the Parque Das Amendoeiras Apartments is not cleaned regularly. The pool is often dirty with insects swimming in it. There are very few sun loungers around the pool, not nearly enough during the hot summer months.

Guests have commented on the overall look of the hotel, many feel that the decor and furniture is outdated and worn. The carpeting and walls are dirty and should be redone. The furniture is old and in need of refurbishment or replacement. A few modern touches are needed.

Although there is free Wi-Fi in the hotel, it is only available in the public areas such as the main lobby. Guests would prefer to have a Wi-Fi connection in the privacy of their apartments so that they can work or attend to their online needs from the comfort of their apartment.
