Hotel Parma & Congressi (Parma, Italy)

The sauna and fitness room were found to be nice amenities for the price paid. Both were good opportunities to relax and/or have a day's exercise. They were nice options to spend time in and release stress.

The breakfast was found to be abundant in salty and sweet items and also of good taste. Many guests were happy with the complimentary offer and had their share of options. Many were happy to enjoy a buffet and not just a coffee and a pastry.

Many guests found the hotel's restaurant to be serving very good meals and food. The quality of the food was found to be of high standards and many were left satisfied with choosing to dine in the restaurant. The service is also friendly and courteous.

The noise that could be heard by some guests in between the rooms was annoying for some of them. They could hear next door guests talk over the phone, watch TV and have conversations. It did not feel like they had their own private space.

The hotel is located outside of the central part of Parma and this was found to be inconvenient for guests who wanted to be close to the centre. They also found there were not many restaurant, shop and bar options close by.

Some guests were confused by the chaos they found in the common hallway because it was used as a conference centre and meeting place. There were many people that made the place seem chaotic and some would have like a more peaceful structure.
