Members of staff are very helpful and seem to take pride in their work. Always quick to assist, they will not hesitate to offer you suggestions about areas that they think might be of interest to you. Their cheerful demeanour is very welcoming and makes your stay at the hotel a pleasurable one.
The hotel is located close to the city centre and is just a kilometre from the Eindhoven Railway Station. There are very many pubs and restaurants nearby. Guests will find that the nightlife in the area is very vibrant and there are several supermarkets and shops are in the vicinity which make shopping easier.
The rooms are well maintained. The housekeeping staff is very professional and the rooms are big and bathrooms are kept very clean. The beds are very comfortable and an adequate amount of pillows have been provided in each room.
A major concern raised by a number of guests was with regard to the noisiness of the hotel. The rooms near the street side and hallways could experience noise from traffic and this was problematic for those who wanted to have a quiet night in or just sleep.
