Hotel Park Inn & Suites By Radisson Vancouver, BC (Vancouver, Canada)

The hotel is perfectly situated for guests to explore all that Vancouver has to offer; the popular and vibrant Granville Island is a short walk from the hotel and boasts an array of shops, bars and restaurants that are sure to keep guests entertained. The Broadway City Hall Sky Train Station is also a short distance from the hotel and can take guest to Downtown Vancouver and other areas of interest in a relatively short time. The location also provides guests with gorgeous views of Vancouver which include mountain tops and a city skyline which guests can enjoy from their own private balcony.

The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. All staff members, from those working on the front desk to those serving customers in the on-site restaurant and pub, provide great customer service.

The rooms are well-sized and include modern amenities that will provide guests with all the comforts of home. The layout is airy and sizeable and the private balcony provides more space and breath-taking views of Vancouver. The rooms are also clean thanks to a diligent housekeeping staff who ensure the rooms are spotlessly clean and that the bathrooms are well-stocked.

The hotel is centrally located, close to a busy road and some guests found that the noise generated from the road was rather noisy. Guests would recommend requesting a room on the opposite side so as to avoid this.

Some guests had issues with logging onto the Wi-Fi and found it to be rather slow and unreliable when they did.

A number of guests found they had problems with the air-conditioning units in their rooms as they are rather old and noisy.
