Hotel Park Grove Inn (Pigeon Forge, USA)

Park Grove Inn is in a very handy location, right off the Parkway. It is easy to get to and from the property is close to a number of attractions, including Dollywood. This is a good base from which to explore the area.

Despite being so close to the parkway, the level of noise here is surprisingly low. Because it is just off the strip, you won't be bothered by the sound of the traffic, particularly if your room is at the back of the hotel. If your room is facing the road, you might experience some noise, but it won't be too bad at all.

The hotel is clean, both in public areas and in guestrooms, which are fairly spacious with comfortable mattresses and useful amenities. The balconies are also of a decent size with nice views.

While Park Grove Inn is clean, it could do with a bit of a revamp. Some of the décor is a little tired and worn and in need of a freshen up.

Although most of the staff at this hotel are professional and efficient, some of them don't offer the best customer service. They aren't very friendly and you might feel that you are inconveniencing them with any requests you bring.

The Wi-Fi at this property isn't the best. At times it is hard to connect at all. If you can get online, you might find that the connectivity is poor and that the service drops out at annoyingly regular intervals.
