Hotel Panizza (Milan, Italy)

The location of the hotel was mentioned to be ideal by some guests who enjoyed being close to the metro station and therefore able to explore the city without much problems. There were also various eateries and shops nearby, the shopping area is a couple of minutes' walk away.

Most guests found the staff members to be friendly as they were helpful to guest requests. They were also lenient with the check in and check out times. They also helped guests with information of the area and with little details that made a difference.

The breakfast was found to be good by many guests who enjoyed their morning meal. The coffee was prepared fresh daily and the pastries were tasty. There were more items than you usually see for an Italian breakfast which was a nice surprise for some guests.

The Wi-Fi was thought to be slow and spotty by some guests who figured out it did not work in the rooms. It worked in the common areas but was too slow to download or watch videos. It was good enough to check emails.

The walls did little to nothing to reduce the noise levels coming from outside. Some guests could hear the footsteps and voices of the hallway and next door rooms which was distracting.

Some guests found the rooms to be quite pricey for the small space provided. They felt the space was too small and that there was not enough room for much else but to sleep on the beds.
