Good Wi-Fi connectivity signal and strength
The hotel has a strong internet connection throughout. The speeds are fairly quick and therefore can be fitting for moderate browsing. Guests who moved with their devices from room to room were excited as still the signal didn’t drop.

Clean, spacious and modern rooms
The spacious rooms are well maintained and easy to manoeuvre in. Comfortable bed sand enough pillows are provided. A seating area and minibar can be found in each room and this was enjoyable to many. The bathrooms are roomy and the bathtubs are great.

Perfectly positioned near the train station, the hotel is convenient for guests to explore the city’s attractions. Those interested in shopping will be pleased to note that there are malls within reach. Plenty of restaurants nearby that cater to a wide variety of tastes.

Slow service at the hotel at times
When the hotel is busy, long queues can be seen at the dining tables. The tables get full quite quickly and guests have to wait for a considerable amount of time in order to place their orders and get served.

The breakfast dishes had few options
A number of guests complained about the breakfast menu served at the hotel. Common issues raised included the lack of many options. Many guest felt not well catered for as it was pretty basic with less options offer.

Sound insulation is quite poor
Situated on a busy road, the hotel at times can be very noisy. Guests who occupied the lower floor rooms complained were mostly affected. Though the rooms are said to be soundproofed, this only slightly minimizes the noise.
