Hotel Palm Beach Gardens Marriott (Palm Beach Gardens, USA)

The staff at this luxury hotel provide excellent service to ensure a great stay. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They do an excellent job of making you feel welcome during your stay.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and come with all of the amenities you want and would expect.

This hotel is next to I-95, facing PGA Boulevard and about 10 minutes away from the intercoastal waterway. Also within about 15 minutes is the beach. The Gardens Mall is nearby and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

Guests say the entire property including the hotel can use an update. The common areas look the most shabby. Carpets are worn and due for replacing; some plumbing issues need to be addressed; nicks and chips in the walls make it look worn and show its age.

On Saturday nights, a nightclub is open near the lobby. This poses a couple of issues. There is constant noise until well into the early morning, so be sure to request a room at the opposite end of the hotel. Also, parking becomes hard to come by as nightclub patrons use the Marriott guest parking area.

Some minor issues pop up here and there like slow Wi-Fi and that the executive club is closed on the weekends.
