    A war zone

    The hotel is in extremely bad shape. The features inside the room and outside around the hotel are broken. No maintenance has taken place for a long time and the hotel shows that neglect. It feels unsafe and unhygenic.

    It's really the luck of the draw as to whether you'll get good service or not. When you don't, you'll definitely know because the staff is downright rude. Reception is frequently unattended and the phone unanswered. The airport shuttle service just isn't on time or doesn't show up altogether.
