There were many comments about how the hotel's location is very convenient, especially for pedestrians. Guests were reportedly walking distance from shops, restaurants and tourist sites. They also said transit links were nearby.

Guests were pleased to find that they were not distracted by traffic noises while staying here. Even though the location is fairly centralised, guests felt the property was well shielded from exterior distractions.

There were many comments about how the beds in this hotel were quite comfortable. Specifically, guests said there were several types of pillows on each bed, making it possible to choose the desired firmness. This feature, in particular, was unexpected and welcomed.

Guests reported that the rooms were very cramped and, according to some, poorly designed, which made the lack of space even worse. There were particular frustrations expressed when guests were trying to unpack their luggage. They said when their bags were in the room, it was hard to walk around. Plus, the rooms don't offer much by way of places to store things.

Although guests were generally impressed by how well the building's materials blocked out exterior sounds, the same praise was not expressed about the soundproofing between the rooms. Guests were often disturbed by noises made by housekeeping staff members, slamming doors and occupants of adjoining rooms who were not going out of their way to be noisy.

Guests frequently said they didn't like the bathroom design because the shower had a sheer panel that sacrificed privacy. This alone was not something that made guests not want to stay here again, but they thought the shower design needed improvement.
