Multiple guests have commented on the apartments, saying that they are large, clean and full stocked with a kitchen and living area. The kitchen, in particular, was liked by guests because it made it possible for them to cook for themselves.

Guests have complained about the elevators being quite old in this building. In fact, the elevators are often broken, so guests have been forced to wait a long time for the working elevators to pick them up when they wanted to leave the property.
