Clean, comfortable rooms with a pool...
Guests generally find the rooms in keeping with their expectations of a Novotel hotel: large, comfortable beds, very simple, neutral furnishings, reasonably reliable free Wi-Fi, ideal for business travellers yet also roomy enough to bring the family along. Though unheated, the outdoor pool is surrounded by a nice garden terrace and widely considered very inviting.

Five minutes from the airport...
The hotel shuttle gets travellers to the airport in about five minutes. It operates on a time table, though guests note if you happen to miss the last run of the day, taxis are always available and affordable. The city centre is about 10-15 minutes away if you can avoid the notoriously heavy traffic; taking the train downtown is also a convenient option.
positive:
Welcome to Warsaw...
The staff have received many positive reviews for their friendly, professional, and helpful service. International travellers note that most team members are fluent in English and at least one other language, and several are happy to single out individuals for their kind gestures and dinner suggestions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Nothing much on television...
Several guests have noted that there selection of cable channels is fairly limited, without many options for English-speaking guests. It also seems that only some of the rooms have been updated with flat-screen models.
negative:
Showing its age...
Though the lobby is nicely renovated and up-to-date, guests report that the rooms are looking a little dated, the heating and ventilation system is a bit noisy, and there are few outlets conveniently located for charging devices and so on.
negative:
To err is human...
Though most guests are favourably impressed by the staff, a few guests have reported frustrating experiences at the front desk or long queues. Smokers have been dismayed to find the 100% smoke-free policy extends to the garden terrace.
