The friendly front desk will extend a warm welcome when you arrive for your stay here. Guests found the entire staff compliment helpful in every way, professional, and most of all they put hospitality above all else to ensure you have the best possible stay.

The conference rooms include a business centre and banquet facilities, along with fax and photocopying services. Those who stayed here on business felt they hit the nail on the head with all the amenities available to them. The teas and lunches served by the hotel staff are also highly recommended by guests.

Guests loved the upbeat, modern vibe at the hotel, combined with comfortable rooms, firm beds and crisp fresh linens. You will be able to walk to many of the world-renowned local attractions like the World Trade Centre, and an array of great restaurants too.

The continental breakfast that's included in the room rate consists of toast, juice and coffee, and guests felt there could have been a few more choices on offer. If you do choose the full breakfast, there is quite a big surcharge that gets added to your bill, so make sure you are hungry if you go for that one.

Guests found accessing Wi-Fi from the rooms to be a bit of a challenge. It's much stronger down in the lobby or in the conference centre, so if you need to work on your lap top, then you will have to do so at reception.
