Hotel North Beach (San Francisco, USA)

Are you looking for a low-priced hotel in the heart of San Francisco? Well, it's possible that North Beach is the right choice for you. Guests report that the location is ideal for sight-seeing - Chinatown and Little Italy are very close and the Financial District is also nearby. Also, Union Square, where you can catch one of the famous cable cars, is only a short walk away.

Quite simply, one of the main reasons guests chose to stay here is because of the low room rates when compared to other hotels in the area. Given its location in the center of San Francisco near many of the popular tourist attractions, it's no surprise that those on a tight budget find North Beach appealing.

If you like the use of a fridge and microwave during your stay in a hotel, then you'll be pleased to know that North Beach provides one of each in most of their rooms.

Guests report that this can be a noisy neighborhood at times. There is a bar very near the hotel which causes noise disturbance on occasion and the traffic can get quite busy. Some guests also questioned the character of the neighborhood and wondered about the safety here.

It seems that the front desk staff at North Beach isn't always as friendly as guests expect. At times, guests were met with a rude response when asking questions or making requests.
