Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient location
While this property is not located in the city, many found that its location - between the airport and central Frankfurt - was actually very handy. Excellent tram and S-bahn connections meant that guests could zip between the two points (and those between) with effortless ease.
positive:
Functional and friendly
The rooms here are functional but extremely clean, a point noted by guests. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are friendly and do all they can to offer guest assistance. Finally, guests were also pleased to find that this hotel has a great breakfast buffet featuring a wide selection of foods.
positive:
Popular for a short stay
A number of guests commented that this hotel is great for a short stay in Frankfurt. Indeed, it proved to be very popular with those in the city for business or with passengers stopping in town a short layover.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lack of air conditioning
Rooms at this property were not air conditioned. While it wasn't a problem for those visiting outside of summer, guests staying during the warmer months really found themselves struggling in the heat.
negative:
Limited parking
While this hotel does have a small car park behind the building, those with larger vehicles struggled to squeeze their cars into and out of this space. Finally, some were bemused by the presence of this lot - which can be used for an additional fee - given that on-street parking options are so plentiful (and free!) here.
negative:
Wi-Fi access and tiny bathrooms
Wi-Fi seemed to be a consistent issue at this property, with many guests reporting problems accessing the network. Also, while some felt the rooms here were small, a number of guests commented that the bathrooms were an especially tight squeeze.
