Negative Reviews
negative:
Low staffing levels at times.
Staff at the hotel are praised for their friendly and helpful demeanour. The only criticism is that there are, on occasion, not enough of them. Reception, in particular, can be short-staffed at times so you may find yourself waiting for short periods.
negative:
Secure, yet expensive, parking.
Considering its close proximity to the City Centre there is little in the way of street parking nearby. With this is mind, some guests find that the hotel charges excessively for their facilities although, having a secure underground car park with direct access to the hotel is, undoubtedly convenient.
negative:
Lacking facilities.
Most guests find the hotel well-equipped however, some feel that the addition of a swimming pool would add a great deal to the hotel.
