Hotel NH Lisboa Campo Grande (Lisbon, Portugal)

The hotel benefits from a convenient location around ten minutes’ drive away from the airport and in addition the centre of Lisbon with its many shops, bars, restaurants and historic narrow back streets is only around 15-minutes’ drive away or just under 20-minutes away if you take public transport and there are metro and bus stops just a short walk away. Lisbon has so much to offer and is a stunning place.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel has been mentioned in many positive reviews from previous guests who were impressed with how well maintained the communal areas were and were similarly impressed with the modern décor of the hotel.

If you want directions or want to know what there is to see and do in Lisbon then the staff on the reception desk are only too happy to assist you. They are very helpful, always have a welcoming smile for guests to make you feel at home and if you have any issues at all they are quick to act and resolve these.

Some guests were disappointed to discover that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is something that you would expect to see in a four star hotel.

The Wi-Fi is complimentary, but the connection is really slow and intermittent so if you want to have a decent connection and stay online you will have to upgrade to an expensive package.

A handful of guests have commented on the breakfast being disappointing and not representing good value for money and have recommended going elsewhere for better food and better value.
