The hotel is conveniently located in the city and close to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and various public means of transportation. Guests have easy access to many points of interest such as the Metropolitan Cathedral which is just steps away.

Guests who ate the antioxidant breakfast meal every morning were amazed by the amazing and delicious spread that is well prepared and presented. The meals are very healthy, nourishing and with a wide variety to choose from.

Guests were satisfied with the conditions of their rooms. The rooms are quite large, clean and well-maintained. Noise is not an issue as the rooms are very well soundproofed. Housekeeping is regularly done and readily available when needed.

Quite a number of guests felt that very few members of staff at the hotel don’t speak well and confidently. This was a huge disadvantage when it came to communicating with English-speaking guests.

Some guests voiced their concerns regarding the expensiveness of using the facilities e.g. the gym and room rates. They felt that they were way overcharged and they did not get value for their money.

Guests raised concerns about the state of the bathrooms. They complained about the fault showers that were leaky. This led to water spreading to other areas in the bathroom when you’re taking a shower. At times the showers produced weren’t able to produce hot water.
