Hotel NH Collection Buenos Aires Crillón (Buenos Aires City, Argentina)

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of Buenos Aires from which to explore everything that this bustling city has to offer from bars and restaurants to many different shops and tourist attractions such as museums and theatres. Public transport access is also good with stations within easy walking distance so you can get around and see more sights.

Staff here have been mentioned in many positive reviews by previous guests for being so friendly and welcoming and for always wanting to go out of their way to help you. They are also very knowledgeable about Buenos Aires and more than happy to give recommendations on what there is to see and do including the best restaurants to visit. Staff on the reception desk also have excellent English which is always very helpful.

There’s lots to choose from at breakfast including many healthy options such as fresh fruit and yoghurt which will really set you up for the day along with pastries and cooked options like sausages. Hot drinks and juices are also offered and items are constantly replenished so you won’t miss out.

The rooms are quite small and far too compact with the bathrooms in particular feeling quite claustrophobic and cramped.

In some places the hotel is starting to look quite tired and dated and in need of a refurbishment. Cleaning needs to be improved with the carpets quite dirty in places.

It is possible to hear fellow guests in adjoining rooms and due to the central location there is also noise from outside.
