positive:
Beautiful setting within the Balinese jungle.
The resort is surrounded by towering palm trees and lush rainforest, all full of exotic wildlife like monkeys and tropical birds. This place is a fantastic place to unwind and relax, away from work and other everyday hassles.
positive:
Staff do a brilliant job of keeping you happy.
Everyone working at this resort is cheerful and professional, ready to help when necessary and quick to respond to your requests. You'll feel very welcome and any problems you have will be fixed right away.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The free Wi-Fi is very poor indeed.
If you need to stay connected to the internet while you stay here then you're likely to be disappointed. The free Wi-Fi is very temperamental and the speed is low, so it's hard to download music or stream movies.
negative:
Location is isolated with few nearby amenities.
If you want to try some local restaurants, do a spot of shopping, or just grab a drink in a bar, you'll have a long walk ahead of you. The town centre of Ubud is quite far away so use the shuttle bus or take a taxi.
negative:
Some serious renovation work is needed here.
Unfortunately this resort is deteriorating and has a run down appearance in some areas. Management are ignoring the fact that regular maintenance is needed, so be prepared for a resort that has seen better days.
