Hotel Nativo Lodge (Albuquerque, USA)

The beds are very comfortable and the mattress is firm without being too soft. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The bathtubs and showers are also quite large. The furniture and Native American decor is elegant and blends in well with the general theme of the hotel.

The staff members are very polite and go out of their way to help you. Guests saw them as being very attentive to diners and will ensure you leave the restaurant satisfied.

The hotel's location is very convenient to guests. Very many places of interests are within walking distance. The Albuquerque International Airport is just a few minutes' drive away. Guests have an abundance of options for shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

Some guests experienced high levels of noise as a result of the constant flow of traffic on the highway. This was problematic especially at night and sleep was difficult for some.

Though the rooms are very large and properly maintained, the kitchens are not well equipped and didn't contain all the various appliances you might need to use during your stay, such as a microwave and a refrigerator. A number of guests felt that those were basic necessities and should have been made available.

Although free Internet was available, the connection was rather weak and unstable. Some guests could not connect to it at all. The speed was also quite deplorable and only those with light internet browsing needs could be accommodated.
