Positive Reviews
positive:
They Speak English
If your primary language is English, then this is a hotel that will speak your language. Many of the staff speak English quite well, and all of the staff speak some English. They are more than happy to help you get tickets to Disney, or explore the Tokyo area.
positive:
Very Spacious Rooms
The rooms come with a lot of space, and include a separate seating area that includes a sofa and a chair. Most of the hotel has been renovated and everything is new and spotless. Loads of room to stretch out and places for luggage.
positive:
Located Near Everything
The hotel is actually located in a residential area, but it is still near several transportation options, including the JR station, and there is a free shuttle from Haneda. Many guests love to travel here in the springtime (March to May) as the cherry trees are in blossom.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not Great for Families
The rooms, while a good size, are not a good size if you are a family of four or more. Additionally, the beds that are listed as standard or double, are not US or European sizes and they are quite small. A better bet is to book two rooms.
negative:
Included Meals Not a Bonus
This hotel provides both a buffet dinner and breakfast, which is included in the price. However, guests were not impressed with the offerings, and more than one complained that the buffets ran out of food before everyone has been served. Even when staff were made aware of the problem it still remained an issue.
negative:
Disorganized Booking
There have been reports of this hotel overbooking guests, leaving many stranded. Additionally, if you arrive late in the evening into Haneda, there are no buses running, so prepare to take a taxi to the hotel.
