Almost all guests commended the spacious rooms offered at the inn. They also praised the complete in-room facilities including a kitchenette, which makes staying in the rooms more comfortable and convenient.

Located close to the centre of the city, Flexstay Inn Iidabashi is an ideal place for those guests who wish to go around the area and explore everything Tokyo has to offer. Many guests even noted that moving from the hotel to any point in the city is very easy, as public transportation is accessible from the property.

Guests praised the free Wi-Fi, as it is very fast and stable. This is perfect for those who wish to go online and attend to important matters, and for those who wish to share their Japan experience to friends and family back home through social media.

Although the rooms are comfortable and spacious, some of the guests commented on the rather outdated furniture in each room. These issues were usually minor, though, and didn't affect the guests' stay.

The reception service is only available from nine in the morning to six in the afternoon. Some of those who have stayed in the past found this to be a bit inconvenient, especially when they need something in the middle of the night, or early in the morning.

Guests are a bit disappointed that their rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. The staff, however, does not fail in informing all guests about this issue, so as to set expectations on what they are going to experience during their stay.
