Negative Reviews
negative:
Narrow staircase access only.
The guest house offers ground and above ground floor rooms. The above ground floor rooms are only accessible via a fairly narrow staircase which is perhaps not suitable for elderly guests or travellers with large amounts of luggage.
negative:
Shared bathroom facilities on first floor.
There are no rooms with en-suite facilities and shared bathroom facilities are located on the first floor. This again could make it more difficult for elderly guests or those experiencing physical difficulties to access these shared facilities.
negative:
Small rooms do not prevent road noise.
Many of the guest rooms are quite small so not ideal for larger families unless multiple rooms are booked together. While the rooms do feature double glazed windows, this does little to prevent a fair amount of road noise to come through, particular during busier morning and evening periods.
