Positive Reviews
positive:
High style, low budget...
The rooms are generally described as small yet comfortable, sparkling clean, and stylishly decorated with modern furnishings. The raindance showerheads are a welcome touch of luxury, and many find the beds exceptionally comfortable as well. Guests are generally pleased with the "value for money" ratio, too.
positive:
A good location for sightseers...
Travellers generally describe the location as convenient; the nearby Hansaring station offers a speedy commute to the main train station in the heart of the city, though many healthy travellers are just as happy to walk there: it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Dom on foot. The bar in the One Lounge is a popular spot for a nightcap, but guests note there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance as well.
positive:
Friendly, efficient staff...
The front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly, responsive customer service. The breakfast buffet gets high marks for quality and variety as well, and many guests enjoy their morning coffee out on the sunny courtyard.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No cars allowed...
Drivers note there is no temporary parking close by for the purposes of unloading luggage due to the hotel's location in a "car-free" complex, and some find the closest public parking a bit pricey or inconvenient.
negative:
The bare minimum...
Guests expecting customary "extra" amenities such as a kettle, fridge, and telephone are disappointed by their absence. The complimentary toiletries are generally considered very minimal as well.
negative:
A poor connection...
Though most reviews of the staff are positive, lapses in customer service are occasionally reported. The Wi-Fi signal lacks strength in some areas of the building as well.
