The majority is guests have found the rooms at this motel to be extremely clean. This helped guests to feel comfortable in their rooms, as they didn't have to worry about dirt on their socks or their bedding not being properly cleaned.

Numerous guests have reported that the motel's staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Guests have said that any concerns that they have run into have been addresses quickly and efficiently by these staff members.

Past guests have complained that this motel gets a little bit noisy at times. This is largely because of its location along the Yellowhead Highway, although other guests are partially responsible for this noise, as well.

There have been complaints about the lack of coffee makers in the rooms at this property. Guests would have preferred to be able to make their own coffee in their rooms in the morning, rather than having to head to the lobby to grab a cup.
