Guests were happy to have free Wi-Fi available in the rooms and common areas. It was a nice amenity to have for them to plan their visit efficiently.

Guests were content to have the basics of their stay met. They had clean rooms, comfortable beds and free parking. There's also free Wi-Fi available. They did not expect the hotel to be a four-star and were content to have the basics available.

The hotel's location was found to be a nice area to stay in. It was not in the middle of the city but away from the noise that it can bring. There were plenty of food stores, convenience stores and bus lines. Guests were able to head to the central area if they needed to.

Guests felt that it was time for a good renovation to take place here. They felt the furnishings were old, the flooring dirty and the facilities old-fashioned. They also felt there needed to be a positive atmosphere in the rooms that was not met with the décor.

Guests did not enjoy the continental breakfast on offer at the lodge. They felt the items were few and the quality was not good. There were too many sweets and not many other options for those who would like it.

Guests felt there were too many odd smells in the area. From musty, to skunk to other bad odours guests did not feel comfortable staying here for this reason. The smells could be taken care of as they were obvious and bothered guests.
