Hotel Motel 6-Monroe, LA (Monroe, USA)

The vast majority of guests felt that this motel offered excellent value for the Monroe area. Given its location adjacent to the interstate, those passing through the region found this property to be especially convenient.

Visitors had good things to stay about the staff at this motel, many of whom seem to be especially helpful. To the delight of many guests, this friendly team is headed up by an equally attentive and hands-on manager.

A number of guests have noted that this former La Quinta location boasts impressively-sized rooms. Again, many feel that, given the rates at this budget motel, the accommodation here is downright spacious.

While many had overall comfortable stays at this Motel 6 location, some expressed their concerns regarding the cleanliness of their accommodation. Stained carpets, mold and mildew in bathrooms, dirty linens and towels as well as hair in showers and basins were all issues here. A number of guests also reported spotting bugs in their rooms and smoky smells in non-smoking accommodation.

Unfortunately, many also reported that Wi-Fi connectivity here was very slow, leaving some guests without coverage. For others, however, room security was more of an issue, with a considerable number of visitors noting that their room locks were not securely attached to the door exterior.

Finally, while this hotel's manager and cleaning team are exceptionally friendly, some guests reported lackluster service and even unfortunately rudeness from the front desk.
