The staff members are thorough professionals and dedicated to their work. With a positive attitude, all the staff members were eager to lend a helping hand to the guests. They never had a grumpy expression on their face, which made the guests really feel at home. The Check-in/Check-out process and all the other services were very prompt and smooth.
