This motel was easy to find just off US Route 93 and guests appreciated its proximity to roadside conveniences such as gas stations, restaurants and shopping. There was also easy access for vacationers to the natural wonders of Glacier National Park which was about an hour away by car.

Rates were often said to be competitive and many guests felt their stays represented fair value for money. Although the accommodation was no frills, many reviewers said the rooms, and in particular the bathrooms, were more than adequately clean and comfortable for a shorter stay.

Reviewers made plenty of positive remarks about the customer service, often describing personnel at reception as friendly, accommodating and helpful. However, some disappointed guests claimed their rooms weren't always routinely visited by housekeeping during their stays.

Most reviewers said they slept well and often found this property to be pretty quiet. Nevertheless, some light sleepers blamed thin walls for making occasional noise audible from adjacent rooms. Elsewhere, musty smells or lingering tobacco odors, even in some non-smoking rooms, were a nuisance for some visitors.

Guests were displeased to face additional fees for access to the Wi-Fi network. Some of those who paid up were disappointed by the sluggish speeds on offer.

Critics said there were outdated features in some of the less-recently updated rooms. These included tired-looking furniture, older TVs and aging curtains. Cleaning standards came in for some criticism too. Guests were occasionally disappointed to discover stained linens or carpets plus trash left over from previous occupants in some rooms.
