Many said they found their rooms to be more than adequately clean and comfortable for a stopover. Located at the edge of Fort Stockton in western Texas, this motel just off the intersection of Interstate 10 and US Route 285 won praise from guests for being near to gas stations, shopping options and several eateries. Furthermore, it was just a short drive from downtown. Drivers were glad there was free parking with spaces for larger vehicles. Lovers of the great outdoors liked the way they were within striking distance of Big Bend National Park for hiking and birdwatching as well as the scenic Guadalupe Mountains National Park for fossil-hunting.

Guests had good things to say about the courteous, pleasant and professional employees at reception. Many visitors said check-in was a breeze.

Reviewers were disappointed that they had to cough up a small additional fee to use the Internet at this property. Many were surprised that free Wi-Fi wasn’t included.
