The motel's staff had an overall positive rating given they were courteous and dealt with problems that came up with patience. Suggestions to nearby eateries were made and directions given efficiently.

Guests that stayed here expected for there to be a nice bed to sleep in for the night and they found this at the motel. They also thought the price was economical for the rooms offered such as an indoor pool.

Most guests were looking to find a place near the major interstate to get on their way the next day. There are also plenty of attractions within driving distance such as a mall and a water park.

Some guests complained their rooms were not ready even though they had previously booked. There were occasions where the guests had to wait for their rooms to be cleaned and some rooms were not available until the evening.

The motel offers WiFi for a fee and therefore those guests who truly needed to use the Internet had to pay for the service and expected the connection to work well. What many guests complained about though, was that the Internet connection was anything but worth the price as it did not even work properly.

The hallways were thought to be left unnoticed by housekeeping but many guests did notice how the floors were dirty as if the dirt was not vacuumed at all. The smoke smell that came from the hallways was also bothersome for guests.
