This high rise hotel offers some of the most awesome views of both the city and the river, and many guests made sure to secure their next business or leisure booking before their trip was even over. According to many visitors it's worth getting up early enough to watch the sun rise too.

To start off with, guests made sure they did not miss the mouth-watering breakfast that is available every morning. For lunch and dinner you have a choice of French, Japanese and Chinese cuisine, along with a relaxing lounge and tea room. Visitors loved the laid-back yet professional atmosphere when dining here.

You will find amazing attractions such as Osaka Castle within a five-minute walk from the hotel, and for those visitors who rely on public transport you can walk under corridor to train station within a matter of minutes.

Several guests felt a little unwelcome, and found the staff, in particular the front desk staff, to be a bit distant and unhelpful. It may be because of the language barrier, but many visitors felt there was quite a bit of room for improvement as far as hospitality goes.

You might have to go around this high rise hotel a number of times before you finally find the main entrance. According to many guests, there are no clear signs indicating where the reception is, so make sure you have specific directions before you arrive.

If you are in town on business, then chances are you may become a bit frustrated with the line speed of the Internet. Guests found the free Wi-Fi did work, but not as quickly as expected.
