Guest have not had great experience with their meals at the on-site restaurants. As expressed, there is a need for improvement in food quality as it was just average, moreover there is scope for adding more to the menu as it became repetitive for guests who stayed long. .

Some of the past guests at Hotel Monterey Grassmere Osaka have faced minor cleanliness issues with their rooms and bathrooms. In certain instances, rooms had stains at bedding, mold in bathroom and were not serviced properly. .
