Hotel Monopol - Central Station (Frankfurt, Germany)

The hotel is very easy to find and is easily-accessible.  Guests reported that the hotel is located close to various transportation option so it's easy to get around.  However, many of the things guests will want to see and do are within walking distance.  Guests also reported that the river is only a few minutes away and the airport is only a short drive away.

The very spacious guest rooms are cleaned frequently to a high standard and feature modern decor and amenities that are all in working order and comfortable beds.

There is a large selection of quality, fresh, tasty items to choose from at breakfast including lots of international and local items.  The breakfast also runs later than a typical hotel breakfast.

Guests reported that the guest rooms at this hotel get way too hot because there is no air-conditioning and when the windows are open, there is a lot of noise from outside.  This makes relaxing or trying to get a decent sleep near impossible.

Staff members at this hotel seem like they would rather be doing something else other than dealing with guests.  They are unhelpful and unresponsive to issues when they arise.
