Most of all, they liked that it was so close to the Astoria Boulevard Subway Station, since it made getting into Manhattan, and other spots on the city, fast and easy. Some also mentioned that the found the neighbourhood to be pleasant and that it contained all the general amenities they were looking for, like restaurants and supermarkets.
Guests couldn't have been more complimentary when it came to the attitude and performance of the staff they dealt with at the agency. They mentioned that they were very attentive, quick to respond to queries and always more than walling to help out when necessary.
