Positive Reviews
positive:
Pool terrace with great views
There are several pools on-site, but guests mostly enjoyed the main pool terrace with views over the Adriatic. While they did seem to enjoy swimming, especially after a long hot day, guests most seemed to like lazing about and enjoying the drinks and food from the Pool Bar.
positive:
Excellent food
Despite the many restaurants, and the buffet and all inclusive nature of the property it was very hard to find a bad word written about the food. About the worst was that it could become a little repetitive at the end of a week. Whatever restaurant they ate at, guests seemed to really like the food.
positive:
Good value for money
There were several guests who commented that, as a fully-inclusive, the resort offered good value for money. Just as long as you didn't eat out on your own dime too often
Negative Reviews
negative:
Very limited Wi-Fi system
A large number of guests were astonished to learn that the hotel's Wi-Fi only worked around the reception area - not anywhere else on the property, either rooms or public facilities. After getting over their shock, and trying to use the system at reception, they discovered that, well, it simply didn't work very well. The techies were not happy at all.
negative:
This is BBC News…all day every day
Guests mentioned that there was only one English language channel available on their TV's. After about five minutes of getting their news fix they simply had nothing else to watch. Considering the number of British visitors to this part of Greece, they were astonished not to find more English language stations.
negative:
Questions about the minibars
A very large number of guests were unhappy about the way the hotel dealt with its minibars. Guests say its marketing materials state that minibar contents are free and restocked every two days, but staff were trying to charge them for this. They found it dishonest and unethical.
