Friendly and welcoming owner and staff
The owner, George, was said to lead his staff from the front by extending a very warm welcome to his guests on arrival. But guests had good things to say about the staff in general, mentioning that they were very friendly and always willing to help.

Sun loungers for all
A couple of guests were shocked to report that they never had any trouble finding a sun lounger, despite the hotel being busy during their stay. It appears as if the owners have planned for enough sun loungers for the number of guests they accommodate.

Very nice breakfast
Guests seemed to be quite impressed with the breakfast. For a start, they were surprised that it was served at the table, rather than a buffet, which they found very refreshing. Also, they found that there was enough variety so that they didn't become bored, and quantity so that they were set until at least lunch.

Wi-Fi very poor in the rooms
Although the marketing materials state that Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, many guests disputed this, saying that, perhaps, the rooms immediately around the pool would pick up the signal, but no other rooms had effective in-room Wi-Fi.

Kitchenettes very poorly equipped
This was a fairly common complaint. Guests say that the kitchenettes were not any good for much more than making a cup of tea and heating things up on account of being very poorly equipped.

Several guests mentioned that there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to the cleaning schedule. Sometimes their apartment would be cleaned, but other times left for days and allowed to become quite messy without being cleaned.
